Based in Texas, Kudzaishe Mugara is a proven financial services leader with experience helping large teams working across multiple sites to increase efficiency while reducing downtime. An executive director at JP Morgan Chase & Co. in Plano, Texas, he serves as head of the firm's Home Lending Customer Experience. Kudzaishe Mugara and his team are focused on supporting business units across Home Lending and driving Home Lending engagement in CCB-wide customer priorities.

Prior to joining JP Morgan Chase, Kudzaishe Mugara served as director/head of escrow operations at Ocwen Financial LLC, where he managed a $1.2 million account portfolio. He also acted as senior department operations manager for Capital One Home Loans, group operations manager for Ascension Bankruptcy Services, and dealer risk and quality unit manager for Capital One Auto Finance.

He holds a bachelor of science in finance from the University of North Texas, and in his free time he enjoys attending sporting events, including soccer.
